Richard White - Founder, CEO & Principal Transformation Advisor
With over 25 years' experience in CRM and complex digital transformation, I've supported organisations across the public and private sectors, helping leaders navigate transformation, delivery, governance and operational change.
Over time, I recognised that many transformation challenges aren't caused by technology alone, but by unclear vision, weak foundations, poor alignment and delivery approaches that create dependency rather than capability.
That realisation led me to create Digital Wisdom and develop our unique approach. Our Digital Wisdom Framework is a thought leadership methodology that explores how organisations can use technology more wisely through stronger foundations, empowered teams, sustainable thinking and human-centred transformation.
Today, I work closely with leadership teams, delivery partners and specialist consultants to help clients create clarity before commitment, structure before delivery and lasting value beyond go-live.
My belief is simple: Technology should help people and organisations perform at their best.
